This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of personal information:
- Identity information: Your name, business name, and job title when you contact us, submit an enquiry, or join a product register.

- Technical data: Browser type, device type, and IP address (anonymised where possible).
Waitlist and enquiry submissions are stored with our email service provider, Emailit, in an audience specific to the product you registered for.

We will not use your information for purposes unrelated to the above without your consent.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Trusted third-party tools that help us operate and measure our website: Vercel for hosting and analytics, Emailit for waitlist and email management, and, as our measurement stack expands, Google for Google Analytics, Meta for the Meta Pixel, and Growify for the Power Pixel. These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations.
- Legal requirements: Where required by law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard measures. Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Data may be processed or stored outside Australia by our service providers (e.g. Vercel and Emailit, US-based). By using our services, you consent to this transfer. We ensure these providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyse site traffic, measure the performance of our marketing, and improve your experience. As we expand our marketing measurement, these will include the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and the Growify Power Pixel. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Your Rights
Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Enquiry and contact data for inactive contacts is deleted after 24 months.
8. Marketing Communications
In accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), we will only send you commercial electronic messages with your consent. Joining a product waitlist is consent to be contacted about that product. Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism. We honour opt-out requests within 5 business days.
